Payments

Some financial institutions may assess foreign transaction fees. These fees are determined by your card issuer and are not controlled by Exploroholic Travel.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Planning fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation policies for hotels, cruises, airlines, tours, and other travel services are established by the individual travel suppliers and vary by reservation.

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable supplier's policies.

Exploroholic Travel is not responsible for supplier-imposed cancellation fees, penalties, or refund decisions.

 

Third-Party Travel Suppliers

Exploroholic Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers.

While we carefully select suppliers we trust, we do not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, restaurants, or other travel providers.

We are not responsible for:

• Schedule changes

• Supplier cancellations

• Delays

• Service interruptions

• Equipment failures

• Overbookings

• Supplier insolvency

• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

Each supplier maintains its own terms, conditions, and policies.

 

Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other documentation required by the countries they visit.

Entry requirements vary by destination and nationality and may change without notice.

Exploroholic Travel may provide general guidance, but the traveler remains responsible for verifying all entry requirements before departure.

Failure to obtain the required documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or other travel disruptions for which Exploroholic Travel cannot be held responsible.

 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel.

Exploroholic Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, delays, lost baggage, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances that may have been covered by travel insurance.

 

Force Majeure

Exploroholic Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, changes, losses, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• River water levels

• Government actions

• Border closures

• Public health emergencies

• Labor strikes

• Civil unrest

• Transportation disruptions

• Mechanical failures

In such situations, supplier policies will govern available remedies whenever applicable.

 

Limitation of Liability

Exploroholic Travel exercises reasonable care in selecting travel suppliers and preparing travel arrangements.

However, Exploroholic Travel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, property damage, financial loss, or other damages arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of third-party travel suppliers.
